30 days to change your mind, in original condition. Faulty or wrong items are on us, always.
Change of Mind
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item you have changed your mind about. It needs to be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with any tags still attached.
You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. We refund the item price; the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned for change of mind — this is noted on the product page before you buy.
Faulty or Wrong Item
We cover return postage if the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Tell us within 30 days and we will send a prepaid return label.
This is separate from — and in addition to — your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of any timeframe stated here. See our Refund Policy for what that means in practice.

How to Start a Return
Email us within 30 days
Send your order number and the reason for return to hello@ambanepal.com.au. We reply within 2 business days with a return address and a reference number.
Pack it up
Original packaging if you still have it, item unworn and unused with any tags attached. Include your reference number on a note inside.
Post it back
Change-of-mind returns are sent at your cost, by a tracked service — we cannot refund an item that goes missing in transit without tracking.
We inspect and refund
Within 3 business days of arrival we check the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different colourway or size instead of a refund? Say so in your return email. We hold the replacement for you once we have confirmed stock, and send it out as soon as your returned item arrives with us — no need to place and pay for a second order.
