We deliver Australia-wide, tracked, from our fulfilment partner in Sydney. Free once your order passes A$150.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. During sale periods or for made-to-order pieces, the product page will show a longer dispatch window — check there before you order if timing matters.
We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. We do not dispatch on weekends.
Delivery Rates
Delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over A$150. Below that, rates depend on where you are:

Delivery windows are business days from dispatch, not from when you place your order, and are estimates from our courier partners rather than a guarantee.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking, via Australia Post or a regional courier partner depending on your postcode. You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Once we launch order lookup on this site, you will also be able to check status from our Track Order page directly.
