A vacuum-sealed steel flask wrapped in one piece of Nepali bamboo, cut so the node lines run unbroken around the body. Coffee stays hot for about six hours and water cold for about twelve. The lid screws down hard enough to travel in a pannier bag, and the handle clears a bicycle bottle cage.
