Okhar is Nepali for walnut. Each case is turned from seasoned wood, sanded through five grits and finished with oil rather than lacquer, so the grain stays open to the touch. Inside is a Japanese quartz movement; outside, a wooden link bracelet you can size at home with the pin tool in the box. No two cases take the light the same way.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. The case is oiled rather than lacquered, so keep it away from water and long stretches of direct sun — a drop of furniture oil once a year keeps the grain rich.
